Gladys's career in the hotel industry began as a Reservations Manager at Club Regina Cancun, where she honed her abilities in operations and guest interaction. She then moved on to RIU Hotels & Resorts, taking on the role of Regional Executive for Global Distribution in both the Americas and EMEA, where she was responsible for creating and implementing e-commerce strategies. Her expertise broadened at Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts, where she initially led Corporate E-commerce before becoming a Regional Sales Manager, driving growth in the region. During her career as independent consultant, she has helped to increasing sales and improving the profitability of more than 35 properties.
